Polish trance music portal GlobalTrance.pl are introducing their 4th Remix Contest! The track that is going to be remixed is Angulla Project - Data Slide. We encourage every aspiring producer to participate.

Finally it does happen! We would like to introduce the fourth edition of GlobalTrance.pl Remix Contest! The current edition brings lots of fresh news. The significant one is that Emphase Recordings, directed by two well-known young polish producers: Arctic Moon and Mike Wind are going to support our portal and cooperate with us in this edition of the remix contest.
This time you have a chance to create a remix of the track that is going to be released very soon and will be available to be bought online all over the world. For those who win, there will be an opportunity to release their remix on official release.
You may wonder what track is going to be made up by you. It is a production of two Polish producers from Olsztyn called Anguilla Project. Mateusz and Julian are known by the wide audience thanks to their releases under Conspiracy Recording label and also Coldharbour Recordings. The track ‘Data Slide’ is going to be released by Emphase Recordings and is said to be a great chance for all of you who would like to take part in the competition – you will be able to show your talent and skills and just tell the world that you should be desired by the whole music market! A lot of professional producers gained their fame and respect thanks to the competitions of the same sort and now they are simply exalted by the crowds! Don’t let anybody else to get your success – just help your dreams come true and sooner or later your tracks will be mixed by the greatest dj’s.
Are you keen on producing music? Are you said to be most creative, talented person but still not so well known by the music maniacs? We give you a great opportunity to gain the respect! GlobalTrance Remix Contest Regulations:
1. The track which is going to be remixed is called Anguilla Project – Data Slide.
2. You can choose between these styles to remix the track: Uplifting, Trance, Tech-Trance, Progressive.
3. The Emphase Recordings as the jury is going to assess you remixes. The staff of the label was asked to decide whether the remixes are suitable and cutting edge!
4. The person who takes part in the competition is not allowed to share the remix with anybody else or show the full version to anybody during the contest and also after it.
5. The remix can be made by one person or by the group of producers (2-3 people).
6. You are not allowed to send different versions of the remix under different aliases.
7. The remix should be named approprietly as it goes: Anguilla Project – Data Slide (‘An Artist’ Remix)
8. The proper quality of the remix seems to be 320 kbps (if the track is accepted, the *.WAV file will be demanded).
9. You are asked to attach with your remix, your personal and contact info to the the txt file: name, surname, address, contact number, e-mail address, myspace page address). Or send the information to:

10. The deadline of receiving your remixes is: 01.05.2009. The remixes send after this date would not be taken into consideration.
11. After sending your remix there is no possibility to change it and re-send to us.
12. You are to state if your remix has been professionally mastered or not.
13. After the date of sending your remixes, the GlobalTrance is going to send them to the Emphase Recordings label.
14. The winner’s remix will be released by the Emphase Recordings label (CD, MP3/WAVE). The prizewinner of the compatition will not receive commission from release.
15. Emphase Recordings has got the reservation not to release the winning remix without giving any reasons.
16. The remixes which will not be chosen, cannot be available for anyone after the end of the competition.
17. After breaking the regulations you will be instantly disqualified from the contest.
18. You must accept the regulations before sending your application.
