What was the best club / party you ever visited and why?

Couldn't find this thread before so I'll just start a new one

Well, I don't know at the moment if this one was really the best one ever for me, but at least it was a very good one and the first I remember right now:

Dom im Berg in Graz, Tunebrothers were the DJs, sometime in Feb 07

The club is a cave in a hill that lies in the middle of the city, the cave was nicely decorated and illuminated and really made a good atmosphere.

The DJs just r.o.c.k.e.d !! They played the finest set of Electro House I've heard. Just one great song after another.. Unfortunately, I didn't know any of these so I couldn't get them for home enjoyment.. :(

Well i think the best one was in Medellin, Colombia, It was on Carnival, a very nice place in my opinion, Sebastien Leger was on decks and played a perfect set, it was really amazing.

Also there was a great party here in my city Pereira @ Paradise, the best club of the city, Recycled loops came and the 3 of them played so wonderful that at 6 am, when valentino kanzyani was closing i didn't wanted the party to end, Paradise is very nice especially that day because it wasn't to crowded and the roof of the club opens almost all of it so is very fresh (forgive my poor English jaja maybe some things doesn't make any sense so it's because of that)

hey, that sounds like a crazy party!! yeah, i like roof dancefloors a lot, too.. "Space" in Miami has one too, but it's not very high and you don't have a view unfortunately.. they should have one on a skyscraper in New York for example..

afterPartys are great... bty sounds like a kool club - a cave located in a hill, sounds sick ( sick as in a good way not bad )

In no particular order.. just writing as I go...

Electric Daisy Carnival 2007- Los Angeles Coliseum (Deep Dish, Hernan Cattaneo, Oakenfold, Infected Mushroom)... It was crazy to party in the Coliseum. (EDC 2007)

Coachella 2007 (coachella, CA) - Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk, Infected Mushroom, justice, Faithless, benny bennassi, felix the housecat ... so much more.... This was insane. If you like lots of different kinds of music, it is the perfect music festiva... it also had bjork, red hot chilli peppers, rage against the machine.. SO many I can't even begin to remember them all (coachella.com <--that is this year's site. I liked last year's lineup way better) PLUS art!!

Rabbit in the Moon @ Vanguard (Hollywood, CA)- December 2006. If you have never seen RITM live.. you are missing out. Great remix of Bowie's Let's Dance. Search for them on youtube. Although there is NOTHING like seeing it Live.

POP 06- San Francisco, CA. March 31, 2006. Christopher Lawrence, benny bennassi, mark farina, dj dan, deep voices.. (pop07_base) SF rave scene is awesome.

The Watergate Club in berlin is impressive. There, they have a room with a fascinating ceiling light. The preferred music is minimal and techno but also drum and bass played by skilled Dj´s .
