The Matrix follow-ups fell off the rails, Paul McCartney's Wings didn’t do much to sweat the Beatles' legacy, Venus will always be better than Serena and don't even get us started on Coke Zero.
From time to time, it does happen though. The truly great gets truly improved upon. 'The Empire Strikes Back' trumped 'Star Wars', the New Testament is far pacier than old one, and while Gillette keep adding more blades, stands to reason that you'll get that better shave.
We reckon you can probably see where we’re going with this...
Over the last four months 'Night Music 2' has been jacked up on the metaphorical car ramp, busily being cranked, torqued, tweaked and buffed, to make it an even finer experience than its now-esteemed predecessor. Mountains have been moved (and, if requested, moved back) and small land wars won (again wholly metaphorical) to ensure that the music in the mix is the very best The Thrillseekers can present!
Almost frighteningly upfront, Disc 1 has more than a splash of exclusives about it and includes the shiny new Thrillseekers single. Conversely, Disc 2 shines the spotlight on the tracks that Steve Helstrip has hammered gig in, gig out, across the world, over the last 12 months. All in all, here at Team Thrillseekers, we are pretty confident that we've achieved, dare we say it, the near-impossible!
